- Make a contract with us
When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order.
In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this. You will not receive an e-mail confirming acceptance of your order, and there will be no contract between us.
Images of products on this website are for illustrative purposes only. Your goods may vary slightly from the image shown on the website. Labels on some products are in Dutch language as the product is made in the Netherlands, however you will always find an additional label in English that we provide for our customers in the UK. We are working with the suppliers in the Netherlands and planning on introducing full English labels for the UK market only.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on this website. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the actual goods.
Whilst we try to be as accurate as possible, all information provided is approximate and is provided in good faith.
This contract is covered by English law.
Our website is only intended for use by adults. Adults may purchase products for children as long as the products purchased are intended by the manufacturer for use or consumption by children.
- Placing orders and payment
You can use our website to place an order by selecting the product you wish to buy and adding it to your basket. Items you do not require can be removed from your basket at any time. If you prefer to order by telephone you can do so by calling 07380138539.
The buyer assumes responsibility for the goods being suitable for the purpose for which they are being purchased.
Carriage charges will be shown prior to you placing your order.
You will be required to pay for the goods in full at the time of ordering.
We use secure payment facilities for online purchases. You can pay for your order by Visa, Mastercard or Delta/Connect or PayPal. Paypal is our preferred method of payment. Once you have purchased your item you will be required to pay by PayPal at the time of order.
You should always check that the contact information you provide is correct before proceeding to payment. It is your responsibility to supply correct billing and delivery address information. In the event that inaccurate address information has been supplied volumehair.co.uk is unable to accept any responsibility for misdirection of your order. Please pay special attention to order confirmation and contact us by phone on 07928378815 to amend where possible.
Promotional prices only apply during the period stated.
All prices quoted on our website are in British pounds and include Value Added Tax at the current rate.
Once your order has been confirmed, changes may not be possible or may incurr additional charges or delays.
Once your order is complete we will notify you of the dispatch date.
3.11 We reserve the right to delay or refuse orders where a transaction contains incomplete details or details that cannot be verified or where fraud is suspected.
- Delivery & Carriage Charges
Goods will be dispatched within 48 hours and any estimated dispatch date is an estimate, which can change without notice. Dispatch may be delayed in accordance with point 4.13.
Products will be sent by surface only Royal Mail. Please check the table below for available shipping methods.

Deliveries to remote areas can be delayed. Deliveries may be delayed in accordance with point 4.13.
Your order may arrive in more than one delivery.
The product (due to restrictions in domestic and international post) can only be shipped to the UK destinations which is UK Mainland/Domestic which cover Channel Islands, Guernsey, Isle of Man, Wight, Northern Ireland.
We will deliver the goods to the premises you specify on your order. You must be at home within Royal Mail business working hours to accept delivery of your order.
We will not accept responsibility for loss or damage if the delivery company is instructed to leave the goods unattended.
If there is no one to accept the order the parcel will be left at your local Post Office for you to collect. Please use the Royal Mail “We missed you” card for details.
If you change the delivery address once the goods have been dispatched to you, we reserve the right to pass on any extra charges made by our carriers for redirecting your delivery, if the carriers are able to make the change. This will delay your delivery.
Please check the goods on delivery any goods found to be missing or damaged should be notified to the delivery driver at the time of delivery or ourselves within two working days of delivery of the items.
If the goods are lost or damaged please report this to us within two working days from the delivery day.
Sometimes, for reasons beyond our control we may be prevented from delivering your goods as planned. These might include things such as accidents, breakdowns, fire, flood, storm, severe weather, acts of god, war, riot, civil commotion, malicious.
Free delivery is available on orders where the goods cost more than £60.
- Cancellation and returns
Items can only be returned up to 14 working days starting the day after delivery. To do this, please e-mail or write to us. We are unable to accept cancellations by phone.
You must return goods complete with the original packaging to us at your own expense. You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage.
The goods remain your responsibility until the goods have been received by us.
Thoroughly inspect any item you order from us on receipt as we will only accept products returned to us in their original condition and fit for resale unless we have been given prior notice that an item is faulty. Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item purchased is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
If you are unfortunate to discover that the item has been damaged in the post as it will arrive with you in a poor condition – possibly having been repackaged by Royal Mail. As soon as possible (within 2 days of receipt) you should contact us to advise that the item has arrived damaged. We request to supply proof of damage. A clear photograph taken with a digital camera can be sent as an email attachemnt. If you cannot provide us with a clear potograph please return the item within 2 working days by trackable means.
Lost parcels must be reported within 30 days of the dispatch date – we will not be liable for any loss should you fail to do this.
We will endeavour to process all returns within 3 days of receipt of the return.You will receive an email to confirm your return has been processed and if you have opted for an exchange, please expect it within 2 working days from when the email was received. If you have not received it within 5 working days, please contact us.
When exchanging items delivery charges are non-refundable.
If you have opted for a refund – we will issue your refund within 3 working days of receipt of your return. Once the refund has been processed, you will receive an email confirming this. Please then allow a further 3 working days for the refund to be credited to your card, this is dictated by your bank or card issuer. Delivery charges are non-refundable unless you have received an incorrect or faulty item from us.
This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights – for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
Limitation of liability:
Volumehair.co.uk makes no representations or warranties in connection with this website, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of satisfactory quality, non-infringement or fitness for a particular purpose, except to the extent such warranties are not legally excludable. To the fullest extent permissible volumehair.co.uk will not be liable for interruption of business; loss or damages of any kind incurred as a result of dealings with or the presence of the website or off-website links; access delays or access interruptions to the website; computer viruses, system failure or any malfunction which may occur in connection with your use of our website; any inaccuracies or omissions or misleading, false or deceptive statements in the content; or, any events beyond volumehair.co.uk’s reasonable control. Furthermore, to the fullest extent permitted by law we will not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential or other damages of any kind related to your use of the website and in no event shall our maximum aggregate liability exceed one hundred pounds sterling.

Any disclaimers and exclusions of liability in these terms & conditions shall not apply to any damages arising from death or personal injury caused by the negligence of volumehair.co.uk or any of its employees or agents or fraud. These disclaimers and exclusions shall be governed by English law. If any provisions of these disclaimers and exclusions are deemed to be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
- Trade or Business Customers
The following conditions apply to orders placed by Trade or Business Customers.
Orders may not be cancelled except with our mutual agreement and having been confirmed in writing by a Director of our company. We reserve the right to make cancellation and/or re-stocking charges.
Claims for missing or damaged items must be made within 2 working days of delivery.
If purchasing a quote, the buyer accepts full responsibility for checking the accuracy of that quote.
The buyer assumes responsibility for the goods being suitable for the purpose for which they are purchased.
We endeavour to respond to all customer complaints or queries within five working days.
